At the Waters Edge Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to change into your robe or the appropriate attire for your service.   For first time guests, we require a confidential consultation form be filled out prior to the treatment. As your appointment time is reserved just for you, your treatment time may be shortened if you arrive late.

cancellation policies
We kindly request 48 hour notice for cancellations, otherwise a 50% service charge is applied.  For group appointments (4+), 7 days notice is required.
reservations
Reservations are accepted with a valid Visa, MC, AMX or Gift Certificate number.
gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our spa service menu or on Gift Certificates and may be added at your discretion.
in consideration of other guests
It is requested that cell phones, small children and pets, do not accompany you into the spa. During your treatment our expertly trained staff use professional draping techniques to provide privacy as well as comfort. Share your experience with us. Your referrals are the biggest compliment our company could receive.
